These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AIAxon website and Google Sheets add-on (“AIAxon”, “the service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By installing or using AIAxon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. About AIAxon
AIAxon is a Google Sheets tool designed to help users memorize Scripture. It provides a workspace for Bible passages and allows users to create simple memory scenes and associate them with familiar locations.
AIAxon is currently provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, paid plans, or recurring charges for the current version.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AIAxon complies with the terms and requirements applicable to your Google Account, Google Workspace, and the laws applicable to you.
3. Use of the Service
You may use AIAxon for personal, educational, devotional, or other lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
- use AIAxon for unlawful or abusive purposes;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the service;
- attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security measures;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the service except where permitted by applicable law;
- copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute AIAxon as a separate commercial product.
4. Your Google Sheets Content
You retain ownership of the content you enter or save in your Google Sheets.
AIAxon does not claim ownership of your Bible study notes, memory scenes, keywords, or location names. You are responsible for the content you create and store using the service.
5. AI-Generated Content
AIAxon may use an AI service to generate short memory scenes from keywords or placeholders supplied by you.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it.
AIAxon does not represent AI-generated memory scenes as authoritative biblical interpretation, theological advice, or a replacement for reading Scripture.
6. Bible Text
AIAxon retrieves Bible passages from an external Bible text service. Availability, wording, and access to Bible text may depend on that service and its applicable terms.
AIAxon is a memorization tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, theological, or other professional advice.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep AIAxon available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of AIAxon at any time. We may also release new versions with different functionality or requirements.
8. Third-Party Services
AIAxon depends on third-party services, including Google Workspace/Google Sheets and services used to retrieve Bible text and generate AI content.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies. AIAxon is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
The AIAxon name, website, software, interface, branding, original content, and underlying implementation are owned by or licensed to the operator of AIAxon, except for third-party materials and user-generated content.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of AIAxon intellectual property to you.
10. Disclaimer
AIAxon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, that generated AI content will always be accurate, or that AIAxon will work with every Google Workspace configuration or future version of third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIAxon and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Termination
You may stop using AIAxon at any time by uninstalling the add-on or ceasing to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to AIAxon where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain security.
13. Privacy
Your use of AIAxon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is accessed and processed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you in your place of residence.
